Be safe during this season of travel, vacations, and summer camps. To maintain respiratory health, mask up and update your vaccines. Here are some important reminders:

1) People who are immuno-compromised and those with respiratory conditions should consider additional COVID boosters and the influenza vaccines.

2) Influenza does not take a summer vacation. Consider getting your flu vaccine in advance of the Fall rush.

3) Although the Public Health Emergency is over, COVID continues to hospitalize those at higher risk.
